If you would like to use FarApp's full product sync to list your Amazon products, you will need to create test item(s) in NetSuite populated with all item attributes required by Amazon for the categories you list in.
Install FarApp Marketplace/Cart Item Fields Bundle
Before you begin populating item attributes, please ensure the FarApp Marketplace/Cart Item Fields bundle is installed in your NetSuite. The bundle creates a number of custom item fields on your item records needed for Amazon product sync. Please reference the following article for instructions on how to install the Item Fields bundle.
Once installed, you should see an Amazon Subtab on your item records with Required, Optional, and Not Common subtabs under that.
Amazon Item Attributes
All Amazon product attributes you can list are dictated by the custom flat file you create in your Seller Central account and provide to FarApp. For more information on creating your custom flat file, reference the following article.
You will need to make sure all required product attributes specified in your flat file can be sent to Amazon. To view all your required product attributes, open your flat file and navigate to the Data Definitions tab. All required product attributes are identified with the "Required?" column.
If a particular product attribute will be the same for all your products, FarApp can create a default mapping to always send the same value. If a required attribute will be different for different products, you will need to make sure those values are populated on your test item(s) in NetSuite.
The following attributes are required for all Amazon products. Please ensure these attributes are populated, in addition to any other attributes listed as "Required" in your flat file.
FarApp Flag Field
Set the "Amazon Flag To Post" field to "Add/Update Item". The field is located on your item records in NetSuite under the Amazon->Required subtab.
For more information on FarApp's flag field, see the following article.
Used for Amazon's product categorization. Populate the "Amazon Product Type" field on your item records, located under the Amazon->Required subtab.
Make sure the value you select is listed in your flat file as a valid value for your Amazon account. You can view your valid feed_product_type values in the Valid Values tab of your flat file.

external_product_id and external_product_id_type
Every product must contain at least 1 external product ID. This is generally a UPC, ASIN, EAN, or ISBN. If you are using an ASIN, populate the "Amazon ASIN" field in NetSuite under the Amazon->Required subtab.
If you are using a UPC, populate the "UPC Code" field. This is a native NetSuite field and the location on your item record may vary, although it is often listed under the "Primary Information" section.
If you populate both a UPC and ASIN on your item records, FarApp will default to using the ASIN.
brand_name and manufacturer
By default, FarApp uses the "manufacturer" field in NetSuite for both of these values. Ensure that this field is populated on your Amazon items in NetSuite. It is generally listed under the Purchasing/Inventory subtab, but your configuration may vary.
If brand_name is different than manufacturer, select a custom field on your item record to use for brand_name and make sure it is populated. Reference the following article if you need help creating custom item fields.
FarApp generally uses the Item Name/Number field in NetSuite, unless you request that a custom field is used.
This is the manufacturer part number. Ensure that the MPN field is populated in NetSuite. It's generally located under the Purchasing/Inventory subtab, but your configuration may vary.
This is the product name on Amazon. Make sure it is populated on your Amazon items in NetSuite. FarApp defaults to using the "Web Store Display Name" field, located under the Web Store subtab.
This is your listing price on Amazon. Make sure there is a price level on the item record populated with the price you would like to use.
If you are listing MFN products, you will need to make sure quantity is specified at one or more locations on your Amazon items. Alternatively, you can populate a custom field with the quantity value you would like to send to Amazon.
If you are only listing FBA products, quantity is not required since Amazon manages your FBA inventory.
You will need at least 1 image in NetSuite for all of your Amazon products. For more information, see the following article.
