As of January 2020, Amazon no longer provides customer names and addresses for Shopify orders. If you are importing Amazon orders into your Shopify account, you will now see the customer listed as "Anonymous Customer" with only city, state, and zip code, and no address.
In these scenarios, FarApp will by default post these orders to the customer "Anonymous Customer" and update the address book for this customer with the city, state, and zip code associated with the most recently posted order for this name. This is because when posting orders to NetSuite, FarApp searches for an existing customer using a combination of an email and name search. If you would like FarApp to create a new customer for each order coming from Amazon as "Anonymous Customer", please open a support ticket with us to ask a representative to enable this for you.
