FarApp requires that your SKUs match in both NetSuite and the Marketplace/Cart. Without this association, orders and products would not be able to sync between the two platforms. However, if your SKUs do not match you can create a custom field on the item record in NetSuite and then populate that field with the corresponding SKU from the marketplace/cart. With this approach, FarApp will be able to match items based on this field in order and product sync. To change the NetSuite SKU field in FarApp, please follow these steps.
- In the FarApp menu select your connector/account.
- Navigate to Settings > Order > General.
- Add your custom SKU field into the NetSuite SKU Field box.
- Click Save.
