By default, FarApp will post point of sale (POS) orders as Cash Sales to NetSuite. We consider this the leading practice because, typically, orders from your POS do not require shipment or any shipping processes once they're completed by the POS platform. Since Cash Sales in NetSuite directly impact the General Ledger and do not require any shipping or fulfillment data, we utilize this practice for efficiency. Please open a support case with us if you'd like to change this behavior.
POS orders are also somewhat unique in that they may not always have an accompanying customer name and email address.
