Fulfillment error: SKU XXX not found in original order so can't fulfill. When FarApp syncs a fulfillment, we verify that the SKUs on the order match the SKUs on the fulfillment. If you've edited the order manually in NetSuite, FarApp won't be able to sync the fulfillment back to the original order. In this scenario, you can either edit the order in NetSuite to put the original SKU(s) back on the order, or you can cancel/delete the order in FarApp and handle the fulfillment sync manually.
To delete or cancel the order in FarApp, locate the order in your FarApp account here: https://app.farapp.com/orders/marketplace_cart/default Then select the pencil icon in the action column and select either "Cancel" or "Delete from FarApp".
Fulfillment error: {u'base': [u"This order has been canceled and can't be fulfilled"]} If the order has been canceled, FarApp can't sync a fulfillment. In this scenario, you should cancel the order in FarApp as well. To do that, locate the order in your FarApp account here: https://app.farapp.com/orders/marketplace_cart/default
Then select the pencil icon in the action column and select "Cancel".
