You may be asked to share NetSuite access by a FarApp solutions consultant when working on a support ticket you submitted or an integration. To do that, you would need to add the solutions consultant as an employee in your NetSuite.
1. Navigate to Lists -> Employees -> Employees -> New
2. Enter any required info. Make sure to use the email address provided to you by the solutions consultant. Example: firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. Under the Access tab, select the "Give Access" checkbox. You don't need to set a password if you use the email address provided by the solutions consultant.
4. Under the Role drop-down, select Administrator.
Note that this does require you to have an available license on your NetSuite account.
