I accidentally deleted an order from FarApp. How can I re-import the order?
Deleting an order from FarApp removes the order from our data. For most marketplace/carts, if the order was created or updated in the last 2 days, the next time the sync is run FarApp will pull the order back in when orders are picked up from the marketplace/cart and process it as if seeing it for the first time. If the order was from a marketplace/cart where we only pull orders since our last pick (such as Amazon) or the order is not from a recent time period, you can manually pull the order into FarApp by using the Retrieve button under the search box on the Orders page for the connector in question (Amazon, Shopify, etc.). You can also retrieve recent orders this way if you don't want to wait for us to automatically pull the order in.
I deleted an order from NetSuite that imported through FarApp. Will FarApp re-import it automatically?
No, since the order is already in NetSuite, FarApp has marked it as Posted in our system so it won't resync it. To resync it, you'll need to delete the order from FarApp (since it's still tied to the deleted internal ID of the NetSuite order) and re-retrieve it manually. Can I repost an order from FarApp that's been deleted from NetSuite?
When FarApp posts an order to NetSuite, FarApp stores the internal ID that NetSuite generates and assigns it to the order. It also marks this order as Posted in our system so that it'll no longer attempt to sync it to NetSuite and instead, it'll now start looking for fulfillments associated with that order. Because of that, it's not possible to repost an order from FarApp that's been deleted from NetSuite. To resync the order, you'll need to delete it from FarApp then re-retrieve it manually. Is there a way to export or save my mappings?
FarApp currently does not have a feature to export mappings but it is an enhancement we are currently considering.
Can FarApp create a mapping to add a sku of my choosing to an order?
No, FarApp can only use the items in the order data received from your marketplace or cart. We don't support creating mappings to add additional SKUs.
