I accidentally deleted an order from FarApp. How can I re-import the order?
Deleting an order from FarApp removes the order from our data. For most storefronts, if the order was created or updated in the last 2 days, the next time the sync is run FarApp will pull the order back in when orders are picked up from the storefront and process it as if seeing it for the first time. If the order was from a storefront where we only pull orders since our last pick (such as Amazon) or the order is not from a recent time period, you can manually pull the order into FarApp by using the Retrieve button under the search box on the Order Dash for the connector in question (Amazon, Shopify, etc.). You can also retrieve recent orders this way if you don't want to wait for us to automatically pull the order in.
