For Product Sync with WooCommerce, you may run into the need to have FarApp select 'nested' or 'sub' category selections in WooCommerce. In order to support this, there is a specific way you will need to configure your data in NetSuite. Most clients set up a custom field on the item record to hold the category values they'd like to sync. Here's the format that you will need to adhere to:
MainCategory,MainCategory : subcategory,Maincategory : subcategory : subcategory2
And continuing on with the same format if you want to go deeper on the category tree in WooCommerce. As you can see, comma is the separator - this is not required, you can use another character (i.e. > / &)
Once the field is configured in NetSuite, open a support ticket and let us know the separator that you decided to use and our team will set the mapping up for you.
