How To Manually Test Syncs

Test Order Sync:
1. Retrieve order from storefront

  • Click Retrieve Order 
  • Select the appropriate Channel and Account from the dropdown menus
  • Populate the order ID 
  • Click Retrieve 

2. Post Order to NetSuite:

  • Hover over the pencil icon to the right of the order 
  • Selecting Post Order to NetSuite


Test Fulfillment Sync:

  • Fulfill order in NetSuite
  • Check the order in the storefront after 90 minutes to confirm that the tracking information entered in NetSuite synced to the storefront


Test Price/Qty Sync:
1. Retrieve test item from NetSuite

2. Post Price/Qty Update to storefront:

  • From your products page https://app.farapp.com/products
  • Search for the SKU you'd like to update
  • Hover over the pencil icon to the right of the item
  • Select Update Inventory and Price on Storefront
  • Note: The item has to exist on the storefront for FarApp to be able to post a price/qty update to it. 

Test Product Sync:
1. Retrieve test item from NetSuite

2. Post Item to storefront:

  • From your products page https://app.farapp.com/products
  • Search for the SKU you'd like to update
  • Hover over the pencil icon to the right of the item
  • Select Post to [storefront/marketplace]
