FarApp can sync the price and inventory for your items from NetSuite to the marketplace/cart. This is achieved through product mappings in FarApp. The leading practice is to use NetSuite's built-in native price level (for price) and locations list (for inventory) setup and to map the specific attribute (price/quantity) in FarApp to point to those fields in NetSuite so we can send the data to the marketplace/cart.
NOTE: You do not have to map both price and quantity. You can map one or the other, it is not required that you map both.
