You can only map shipment methods and payment methods for orders that have been imported into FarApp. If you do not see a shipment method or a payment method from your channel listed on app.farapp.com then it means that FarApp has not seen any orders with that shipment or payment method come through the system.
*Note: Please also make sure you have your NetSuite subsidiaries set up in FarApp at https://app.farapp.com/settings#/netsuite_settings, if you have multiple subsidiaries set up in NetSuite.
- In app.farapp.com, select the channel/account in the FarApp menu on the left.
- Navigate to Mappings > Orders.
- Select Shipping at the top of the page for access to your shipment methods mappings. For payment method mappings, select Payment at the top of page.
- This will display a table with the shipment/payment methods on orders that have imported to FarApp from that channel/account. Any orders that come in with new shipment/payment methods will add entries to this table in the left column that will need to be mapped to a corresponding NetSuite method in the right column.
