Support Tiers

Integration support tiers (before an account or connector has gone live)*:

*Integration Support Plan fees are one-time fees paid at the time the implementation for the connector is started that will cover the integration phase before an account is live. Pricing will be determined by number of connectors you want to integrate.

Ongoing support tiers (after an account or connector has gone live):

*Ongoing Support Plans apply to all connectors. For example, it is not possible to have some connectors on the Basic Ongoing Support plan and others on the Enterprise Ongoing Support plan. The same plan will apply to all connectors equally. Fees listed above are multiplied by total number of connectors. Subscription costs for each connector are due one month after go-live for that connector.

Other details:

  • Priority email will be an email address you can send to and your messages will be prioritized higher than if you were using our Basic support tier.
  • Scheduled phone calls can be requested based on our availability. You can schedule one call at a time but there are no caps on number of calls.
  • Enterprise plans come with an account manager. This will be a single-point of contact at FarApp. The dedicated email and phone number will go directly to the account manager.
