How to Create a Support Ticket

  1. Go to your FarApp dashboard at
  2. Click on '?' in the top right corner.
  3. Look around the new support center or search in the search bar to see if we have created articles that explain how to fix the issue you are having on your own—this can be faster than a support ticket for many common issues.
  4. If you cannot find a support article on your particular issue, click on 'Submit a Request' at the bottom of the menu on the left side of the page.
