I deactivated/removed an item from NetSuite, why is it still posting?

FarApp determines whether or not to post an item based on the flag fields of an item, not based on whether an item is active in NetSuite or not. If you have deactivated or removed an item from NetSuite, but FarApp is still posting it, then it is because you left the flag field set to 'Y' when you deactivated the item. Since the item is deactivated it means that FarApp will not reload that item, so FarApp will continue to post all the data for that item it last saw before you deactivated or removed it from NetSuite. In order to fix this you will want to follow these steps:

  1. Re-activate your item in NetSuite
  2. Set the flag field to 'N'
  3. Once you have confirmed that the listing has been removed, set the flag field to be blank
  4. Wait a couple hours and then deactivate the item again
