Edit an Order in FarApp

FarApp allows you to edit your order information directly in FarApp. Follow these steps to do so:

  1. From any page in app.farapp.com click “Orders” at the menu at the top of the page
  2. If you have multiple channels/accounts make sure the correct ones are selected under “Select Channel” and “Select Account” in the blue menu bar
  3. Search for the order you wish to edit by either scrolling the page or entering the order id in the search bar
  4. Click the pen-and-paper icon to the right of the order and click “Edit”
  5. A screen should pop up with the basic order information that you can edit
