FarApp needs to know what NetSuite field you use to store your SKU so that orders can import properly. Here are instructions on how to setup your SKU Field for order import:
- Log in to FarApp
- Select the gear icon in the top right corner and select “Settings”
- From the menu that appears on the left select “Marketplace/Cart Settings” Note: If you only have one Marketplace, then you will see the name of that Marketplace instead of "Marketplace/Cart' EX: "Magento Cart Settings"
- If you have multiple Martkeplaces or accounts then select the appriopriate values from the blue menu bar at the top of the screen.
- Select "General Settings" and you should see. A text field labeled "NetSuite SKU Field" (pictured below). Enter the Field ID of your SKU there.
