FarApp allows you to manually push fulfillments from NetSuite to your channel if you have a specific order you need to get a fulfillment update on. Here are the steps to accomplishing this:
- Login to app.farapp.com.
- If you have multiple channels/accounts, select the appropriate channel and account from the drop downs in the FarApp Menu on the left.
- Navigate to Data Flows > Orders for your selected connector/account in the FarApp Menu on the left.
- Find the order you wish to fulfill by either manually searching the page or by entering the order id in the search bar
- Click the pencil icon to the right of the order
- Select Upload Shipment from NetSuite
