Can we delete content in the ERP field and have it delete the content in the metafields in Shopify?
No, FarApp can only add and update the Shopify metafields. Customers would need to manually delete the content directly on Shopify. We have added this as a feature request for our roadmap.
Can FarApp mark an order as paid in Shopify if the payment is captured externally to Shopify?
No, Shopify doesn't provide the ability to update the financial status to paid through the API if the payment is captured externally to Shopify.
Does FarApp support importing Draft Orders from Shopify?
Yes, FarApp does support draft orders. If you would like to import draft orders please contact FarApp support and we will adjust your settings so that you can import them from Shopify.
Can you add an item by default to EVERY order? So the Sales Order generated in Netsuite would have whatever was ordered on Shopify plus the default item. Also, the added item would not be an Inventory Type but a Service for Sale Type in Netsuite.
We recommend setting up a workflow/script in NetSuite to handle this. This shouldn't be included in your integration software.
Can we have the Customer default to the same customer record for EVERY order but still have the Shipping Address import for each order from Shopify to the Sales Order?

Can you leave the Payment Method blank in Netsuite on EVERY order so that after we ship and Bill we will generate an Invoice in Netsuite instead of Cash Sale?
Yes, you'll just want to make sure that payment method is not required and leave all payment methods unmapped at https://app.farapp.com/settings#/marketplace_cart_settings/order_sync/payment_settings
Can you have the Item Price for every item coming out of Shopify default to $0?
Yes, if you set up a price level where all the items are listed at $0 then you can just map that price level at https://app.farapp.com/settings#/marketplace_cart_settings/order_sync/order_line_mapping - this is an odd request so you'll want to let us know when you do this so we can test it out. We have internal validators that will need to be disabled.
